Clocking in on the dot and clocking out precisely on the dot as well; Nanami likes to keep work and his personal life separate, though he knows that there will be inevitable connections between the two. He is a fairly pragmatic individual who values reason, and airs on the side of work rather than play. Though he can trust the sorcerers affiliated with the college; It does not necessarily mean thatGojo they will have his respect, as he feels it is something that must be earned.
Due to experiences in his early years, he feels a strong sense of protectiveness towards those younger than him, namely those who fall below the age threshold of an adult, and feels it to be his responsibility to ensure the safety of children as well as his juniors.
